Analytical applications of ion-associate complexes for the microdetermination of loratadine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical formulations and urine samples
Sabry Khalil
Ion – associate complexes of Loratadine hydrochloride with [manganese (II), cobalt(II) thiocyanate], potassiumferricyanide and ammoniumreineckate were precipitated and the excess unreacted metal complex was determined. A new method was given for the determination of Loratadine drug in pure solutions, in pharmaceutical formulations and urine samples using atomic emission and atomic absorption spectrometry. The drug can be determined by the affortmethod in the range 0.76 - 68.92 ìgmL-1.
