Construction and analysis of the AFLP reaction system of J. curcas L

The high-quality genomic DNA which was suitable for AFLP analysis was isolated by an improved CTAB method from J. curcas L. Some key factors affecting DNA extraction, restriction-ligase reaction, pre-amplification and amplification processes were studied and an optimized AFLP reaction system of J. curcas was established.
