Empirical study on the dynamic effect of FDI on service industry in chongqing

This paper uses the regression model to have an empirical analysis, both in the short term and in the long run, effect of FDI on economic growth in the modern and traditional service industry in Chongqing. The finding is that FDI in the service industry in Chongqing has enhanced the overall development of the service industry, and its influence on the modern service industry is remarkably stronger than that of the traditional service industry, thus optimizing the interior structure of the service industry. In the end, this paper proposes relevant policy suggestions.
