Network integrative evaluation and control method for relationship interface of team social capital

On the basis of connotation, form, function, features and performance characteristics interpretation and analysis to innovation team social capital relationship, which formed by management affiliate, guide subordinate and cognitive subordinate these three interface relevance, this paper creatively put forwards the ideas that divide subject interface social capital relationship into three types of balanced, hierarchical and hybrid by social capital relation equality degree and constructs team subject interface social relationship equality degree evaluation methods that systemically integrative complex correlation relationship between social capital. Case analysis results clear the social capital relationship function and evolution path under different social capital relationship type.
