Russian mathematician Markov firstly introduces Markov chains, which is one of widely applied mathematics model in the random process. After being improved by experts it has now been widely applied in natural science, public career and engineering technology. The application of Markov matrix can enable school management echelon model to help school manage stuff more efficiently.
