The impact of overseas listing on total factor productivity based on DEA-Malmquist index measurement

In this paper, we measure the productivity change of Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises listed on NASDAQ and on GEM, and then examine the influence of overseas listing on the productivity through the contrast of the both.
