With the advent of globalization, the rapid development of IT technologies and the changes of financial regulatory system, Chinese financial industry is facing enormous challenges and opportunities. Therefore, service innovation in finance becomes more and more important. In this paper, firstly introduce the Characteristics and research status of financial services and secondly study the financial service innovation model and eventually deeply discusses the innovation process of financial service innovation based on case studies and the 2011-2013 Date Modules.
